Some people are interested in making changes but aren’t sure what; others have specific things they’d like to address and improve. Both scenarios (and others!) are good places to be in to start therapy. I offer a non-judgmental, highly collaborative, and goal-oriented approach and am trained in several evidence-based methods. I’m a solution-focused, strength-based therapist. This means that we will work together to discover what’s already working for you. We’ll use this knowledge as a guide for crafting new, effective actions and knowledge that create positive changes. We each have important roles to play: You bring the expertise on yourself, and I bring my therapeutic training and professional experience. Together, we’ll work toward reaching your goals.
